Reserve your spot for a 20-minute stretch therapy session with Stretch Health Canada. A sign-up sheet will be available leading up to Wellness Week, so don’t miss out – be sure to secure your session.

Taking a break is essential for staying energized throughout the day! Think of your mental capacity like a car engine – long, uninterrupted work drains your brain’s energy reserves. Recharge with a quick 5-minute break to enjoy puzzles, games, calming music, and a soothing cup of herbal tea.
“Paws” for Relaxation 
1:00 pm – 2:30 pm  |  Atrium
The therapy dogs from St. John Ambulance are visiting to bring you joy, comfort, and a reason to take a well-deserved break. Drop by to meet these delightful dogs and get your furry fix!
