Janice Hutton is a seasoned expert in health, fitness, and coaching with degrees in Physical Education, Coaching, and Education. A former nationally ranked swimmer, she has coached elite athletes and developed internationally recognized sport performance programs.

As the first Certification Director at canfitpro, Janice created 11 foundational fitness certifications, including the Fitness Instructor Specialist and Personal Trainer Specialist. She also co-founded the Active Recovery Management (ARM) system, focusing on resilience for high-performing professionals.

Now a collaborator at the Ageless Training Academy, Janice co-authors innovative programs blending movement, recovery, and mindset for all ages. Passionate about empowering others, she continues to drive health and wellness innovation.

With a strong academic foundation in biochemistry, genetics, nutraceutical sciences, and dietetics from Western University and the University of Guelph, Lisa combines science with practical solutions.

Her career began in health and fitness, where she built a thriving personal training business before transitioning to roles in clinics, gyms, biotechnology, and academia, including teaching nutrition sciences at Brescia University College.

In 2015, Lisa co-founded Nutrition Professionals of Canada (now NutriProCan) to drive meaningful social change through nutrition. Today, she leads as a speaker, coach, and program developer, collaborating with individuals, groups, and businesses to deliver impactful nutrition programs across Canada. Passionate about partnerships, Lisa thrives on connecting with others in the health and wellness space.

With over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, Libby has worn many hats—corporate wellness entrepreneur, faculty educator, international presenter, Canada AM Fitness Correspondent, and competitive boxer. She currently serves as the Manager of Fitness and Therapeutic Programming for the City of Mississauga, where she leads the design and delivery of inclusive programs for older adults, individuals with chronic conditions, and hospital-to-community partnerships.

Libby and her team of seasoned presenters—the “Fitness Sisters”—combine evidence-based training with engaging, accessible formats to inspire fitness professionals and support healthy, active aging across diverse populations.
