The Personal Wellness Assessment (PWA) is a series of questions designed to provide you with insight and understanding of your overall health and well-being. This self-evaluation can help you identify areas of improvement in your wellness journey. The PWA only takes 10 minutes to complete and it’s 100% private and confidential. Results are never shared with your employers and only you have the ability to view and download your report. This report can be a great resource to share with your health coach, doctor, or other medical professional.

This VIDEO explains how to access and complete your PWA.

Your PWA Scorecard gives you a complete summary of your questionnaire. You’ll see an overview of each category at the top followed by each individual question and your selected response. Your selected are colour-coded to identify areas that are on track (green), need some work (yellow), and need attention (red).  Click HERE to view a sample report.

More About Group Health Coaching

Group health coaching is offered virtually in a small group setting. Each session is 30 minutes, ensuring that you receive focused and impactful guidance. To ensure meaningful interactions and personalized support, we limit the number of participants to keep groups small and intimate. By connecting with the same group every month, you’ll develop deeper connections with fellow participants and benefit from our experienced coaches tailoring their guidance to your specific needs.

Group health coaching topics can vary and new topics are introduced regularly. Click here for examples.
