When we find ourselves in the midst of a situation that feels overwhelming, it’s important to be kind and gentle with ourselves. Do things that feel good, that bring calm, and create a more positive headspace.

For the next 7 days, work on completing the following self-care tasks that help you recharge and reset. Try to stack your tasks each day to really fuel your mental wellness!

For each task that you complete, your name is entered into a draw. The more tasks that you complete, the more ballots you get, and the more chances you have to win!
